• Determine pricing utilizing area comps and personal experience, plus rate management software to ensure you are getting the highest and most competitive rates possible.
• Advertising on your behalf with major sites like VRBO/HomeAway, Airbnb, and more.
• Customer interface including problem solving, vacation planning, feedback, etc.
• Our rental agents obtain rental agreements, security deposits, and rental fees.
• Monthly account statements, including payment of rental fees. We offer e-statements and direct deposit.
• Housekeeping between renters by trained, licensed cleaners exclusively assigned to your property.
• Insurance coverage provided for all guests, up to $5,000 in property/contents damage per stay.
