This beautiful new home is conveniently located at Dalton Ranch Golf Club right near Trimble Hot Springs. Only 10 minutes to town, 15 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, plus a full grocery store and liquor store within walking distance, make this home is a great place to spend your next Durango vacation. The master suite has a queen bed and twin daybed with a private full bath featuring a luxurious soaking tub, large separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping options. The dining room has seating for 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at the nearby kitchen counter. You will find everything you need in the well-stocked kitchen to prepare wonderful meals during your stay. Enjoy the pond and red cliff views while sitting in the comfortable patio furniture on the back private deck with ceiling fan and large gas grill. A garage is available for one vehicle. Please note that due to HOA rules, no trailer (boat, utility, snowmobile, camping, etc.) can be kept in the driveway or the roadway at this location.

We can't say enough about this home. We practically lived on the back patio with spectacular views of the buttes in the background and the beautiful ponds in the foreground. Landscaping and lawns are impeccable. Stored our bikes in the garage. Everything we needed was there and we all slept comfortably on the provided bedding. And the Dalton Ranch area can't be beat for location. Groceries, hardware and wine stores all just steps away (all used more than once;) we will definitely return! Perfect for our needs. We've been staying in Durango for 16 years and this is one of the best settings we've enjoyed.

When we walked into the house, it was awesome. The place was beautiful. We looked at each other and said this was going to be fun. Located in the perfect place. The views were unbelievable. Our friends are from Tucson and they wanted quite and green, we got that. If you want to stay somewhere that's awesome this was the place. Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation in your home.

You can enjoy the comfort of the home as well as the beauty of the area, both looking out the window and exploring by car. Close proximity to the local hot springs, and easy access to all area hikes and sites to see/enjoy.

This place is amazing! Everything you could ever need is here. It made this trip a breeze. I would highly recommend this home. Best location and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Very new and nice house that was in a nice neighborhood. There is a grocery and liquor store within a five minute walk. The house is convenient to both Durango and Purgatory. We also enjoyed the hot springs right across the street.

This property was very nice and very conveniently located between Durango and Purgatory. The property had everything we needed and more. The garage was a bonus as was the 5 minute walk to a grocery and liquor store. We highly recommend this property.

The location and the home were awesome. Up to date appliances, very clean, very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would stay again when we return to Durango!
