This comfortable and cozy condo is one of the best values on the mountain. Located just minutes from the slopes and Mountain Village means you and your family can walk and enjoy all that Durango Mountain Resort has to offer. This unit has recently been refurnished. The master bedroom offers a King Bed and attached bath with tub/shower combination, as well as a lovely view. There are two more bedrooms in this unit, one with a Queen and one with Two Twin Beds which could also be converted into a King Bed if preferred. The bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures and lighting. The living room enjoys stunning views and is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a wood fireplace to get cozy by, as well as a queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed for additional sleeping options. The kitchen is also updated with new appliances. A large dining table and countertop bar give everyone plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal. End your day on the patio, complete with gas grill and space to sit and enjoy the amazing mountain views.

This is a very comfortable condo, well furnished and equipped. It is very clean and quiet with nice views. This is our second time on this property and we look forward to our next opportunity to stay here. This would be a five star review but the unit was undergoing some renovation and maintenance and some work had not yet been completed, painting not finished and other minor distractions from the otherwise fine aesthetics. Nothing that impaired the safe functioning of any of the furnishings or functions of the unit. Great place, getting even better.

We had a large family gathering over Christmas week and rented this as a second unit for 6 adults. Unit has been updated and is equipped with everything needed. The dining area is small, but adequate for dinners or games. The view from the living room is amazing. Walls are thin so you do hear noise from other units, but it isn't terrible. The unit isn't ski in and out, but is really close to the slopes and for the price is a great space. We had a few small issues during the week stay, but property management was very responsive and helpful.

Great views from the balcony. Sleep two families nicely. Took our kids to the polar express a nice trip. We love Durango and will back soon.

Nice clean place. A little older building than most places around it but inside of Condo was nice and clean. Well kept. Bedrooms and bathrooms. a little small but over all a great place for the price. Overall was very pleased as it was accurate as advertised.

The property is as it looks in the pictures. It was everything that we needed for our family and we enjoyed our time. Thanks for opening your home! Pros- the ski area is nice and has a small store for necessities. There was plenty of space for our two families. We were able to relax in the living room, cook, and eat together, which you don't get at any hotel. Cons- The family upstairs steps with a loud foot. Not a big deal as we were out having fun most of the day. The sliding glass door is tough to open and could use an adjustment. There are a lot of supplies in the kitchen but much of it is old but useable. Overall, it was great. Thanks again!

This property was well-situated in Purgatory Ski Resort. It was comfortable and quiet. The altitude was a bit much for the older people in our group.

Nice 3 bed/2 bath condo. The walk to the slopes wasn't too bad, even with fresh snow of the way. Would definitely look at booking again.

Perfect location right on the ski hill. It was actually closer than I expected. House had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again!
